Every Guest is Special to Olde Mill Inn Bed & Breakfast.
The Olde Mill Inn Bed & Breakfast is a historic property where every guest reservation is both important & special to us.
Reservations:
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
A $50.00 nonrefundable deposit, for each guest room, will be charged to your credit card or debit card upon booking. All reservations must be secured with a credit card, even reservations utilizing a gift certificate or third-party certificate for total or partial payment.
The deposit comes off the balance that will be charged to the credit on file 1-2 days prior to arrival.
Any damage costs will be charged to the credit card on file.
Guest Room Rates:
All room rates are based on double occupancy (except Thomas Walker – only charge is $25/night for 5th person).
Daniel Boone, with a queen bed and twin bunk bed, can accommodate 3 guests.
Cancellation:
Notification of cancellation must be received a minimum of 3 days in advance of arrival date.
If the required cancellation notice is not met, the full amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rescheduling, early departures and no-shows are treated the same as cancellations.
This policy applies to reservations made with gift certificates and third-party certificates as well.
A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for holidays and special events.
Weather Policy:
If the roads into Cumberland Gap are closed, refunds will be made, less the $50.00 non-refundable deposit. The Inn cannot be responsible for weather conditions at the point of guest’s departure and our standard cancellation policy will apply.
Children:
Children age 13 and older are welcome at the Inn, with well-behaved parents.
Prior permission is requested for any child accommodations.
Children may not be left unattended at any time.
Please note that the property is not childproof.
The $25.00 per person/per night for additional guests applies.
Non-Smoking Environment:
The Olde Mill Inn Bed & Breakfast is a smoke-free indoors environment. Smoking is permitted on the deck.
Any guest choosing to smoke inside the Inn will be assessed a $250.00 nuisance fee. If damage has been done, additional fees may apply and all costs will be charged to the credit card on file.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in: after 4:00 pm
Self Check-in: after 6:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am

Pet Policy
The Olde Mill Inn Bed & Breakfast has two guest rooms – The Cabin and the Thomas Walker Annex – that are pet-friendly for your furry family member. Located on the first floor and the basement floor respectively, with a private exterior entrance for pet use, these rooms are perfect for your family retreat.
One dog or cat is allowed in the pet-friendly rooms.
Pet must be crated when left alone in the guest room. Owner must bring his or her own crate.
Due to Tennessee health regulations, dogs may not enjoy breakfast with their owners in the dining room, or be present in any interior common areas of the Inn; however, they are invited to enjoy the deck.
While on premises, dogs must be connected to their owners at all times.
When “business” calls, dogs must be walked off the grounds of The Olde Mill Inn Bed & Breakfast. The state park is directly across the street. Please dispose of the “business” in the park trash cans.
A $25.00/day fee is charged for your pet to offset additional housekeeping. Charges for additional cleaning will be assessed when the pet creates the need for extraordinary housekeeping.
Owners are responsible for damage to furniture, furnishings and garden plantings. If damage is discovered, you will be notified immediately and repair/replacement costs will be charged to the credit (or debit) card on file.
